Heroes

As the Russo-Ukrainian War fades from the media, I have been thinking how to maintain our projects that have become so important to so many people.   Whilst I may be the face of this, none of this would be possible without your support and generosity,

I have thought that, by having our ‘Heroes of Ukraine’, this might help an understanding of day to day life where so many are impacted by the atrocities of this invasion.  Here, I introduce you to three people, our ‘Three AAA’s’; a new Arrival, an Adolescent, and an Adult; all are ‘Children of the War’; this will be our theme as we move forward.  We can follow Little Serhiyko, Kseniia and Sergiy in the weeks and months ahead, watching over their progress and helping them where help is needed; please click on their names to read more about these three remarkable individuals; our first three ‘Heroes of Ukraine’.

SERHIYKO PANASIUK  – Born 5 May 2023

KSENIIA VERBIKA  – Born 13 March 2011

SERHIY HRYNENKO  – Born 4 March 1988

I have met them all; I have met their families; none of them deserve their suffering.  I hope that by adopting the theme ‘Children of War’, we can, in some small way, see through the eyes of those who live this daily nightmare.
